Hello and welcome to our class blog for the 2017/2018 school year! Students have been working hard this term on keyboarding skills and are eager to share some of their writing with you. We will try to update our blog pages a few times a month. Please check often to see what our students have been up to :)
In addition to the literacy, numeracy and therapeutic skills we work on, 21st century learning is a large component of our program. Our class is fortunate to spend time daily, working on 21st century skills such as creating, collaborating, communicating and thinking critically through a variety of activities and tools. We are off to a fantastic start and will have many exciting projects over the upcoming months. Each student has his or her own 'page' which you can find by clicking on his/her name along the top of the blog home page. We hope you will enjoy seeing not only what students are thinking and writing about, but how their writing proficiency increases as the year goes on.
